NPA rebels torch heavy equipment of Butuan City-based construction firm
BUTUAN CITY — A brand-new heavy equipment owned by a Butuan City-based construction firm was burned by suspected New People’s Army (NPA) rebels Thursday night in Purok Sarabia, Barangay Tagcatong, Carmen, Agusan del Norte, according to a belated police report received here Saturday.
